Great service, great price, honest and dependable

PV plumbing was the most reasonably priced company around the Saint Augustine area. My water heater was failing and I called them at 6pm at night. They gave me a quote on the phone and my water heater was installed the next day. Additionally, they showed up on time and completed the job within an hour of arriving.

One of the best services we have had in a long time. Not only was the team professional and courteous (from customer service to professional plumbers) they responded to our urgent request for a water heater installation on the same day. My Experience with PV Plumbing Resolving a Challenging Water Leak On a recent Sunday, I reached out to PC Plumbing, hoping to resolve a stubborn water leak under my sink. Despite it being a weekend, I was pleasantly surprised when I was assured that a technician could come by the very next day—Monday, which happened to be Labor Day. I appreciated the prompt response and willingness to accommodate me on holiday. True to their word, the technician, Aidin arrived right on time for the appointment. The leak had been particularly difficult to pinpoint, as water was draining beneath the sink, but its origin remained elusive. The technician began by thoroughly inspecting the P trap and other pipes connected to the sink. To get a clearer view and locate the exact source of the problem, he used a specialized camera, sending it down the pipe. The camera snaked its way through the plumbing, almost reaching out to the street. This thorough investigation helped ensure that nothing was overlooked. Ultimately, Aiden determined that the line was all clear, and there were no major blockages or issues extending to the street. His professionalism, punctuality, and methodical approach left me feeling reassured. It was found by Aiden that there was a splint in the fabric and plastic faucet line that only leaked when the sprayer was on. Thanks to Aiden at PV Plumbing, my persistent leak was addressed with diligence and expertise. I am grateful for their responsive service—even on a holiday—and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing help.

HONEST+ EFFICIENT + AFFORDABLE. I just can’t say enough great things about Ponte Vedra Plumbing! Our Rennai water heater stopped heating our water, the panel was beeping, and we were receiving an error code. We had CGC Water Treatment & Plumbing give us an estimate. They told us that they could replace the component for $1500, but our unit was out of warranty and “who knows what else would break if they tried to repair it.” Then they quoted us $5,500 to replace the unit with a 10% discount. We looked up the replacement unit cost while they were here and it retailed for $1,778.00 at Home Depot. We asked them why it was so expensive to install it and they told us “it was their expertise and that is just what they charged to do it.” PONTE VEDRA PLUMBING CAME AND REPLACED THE COMPONENT IN 10 MINUTES FOR $228!!! Dave was SUCH a great guy and he cleared our shower head that had gotten sediment in it during the whole ordeal as well! When he said that our water heater should be good for a couple more years, we asked what Ponte Vedra Plumbing would charge to replace it and it was half the cost of CGC!!! Needless to say, Ponte Vedra Plumbing is our go to from now on and we will tell EVERYONE we know!!! 😅😎🙌

Absolutely great service all around! No hot water over the July 4th weekend and thought we were out of luck until Monday at the earliest. I rang David, got a call back within an hour and he was then on site a couple of hours later, made the repairs and problem solved! And, at a reasonable cost. This level of service almost unheard of today.

After being absolutely overcharged by other local company for diagnostics that indicated nothing wrong with unit while there was still no hot water. I called these folks at 9:45 am for an estimate to replace a 40 gallon electric water heater. By 10:10 am I had a written estimate and at 3:30 pm the same day, the job was completed. Way less expensive than Lowes, Home Depot, Master Craft Plumbing and David Gray Plumbing, and also way faster. The work was perfect, old tank hauled away, nice looking van, friendly professional tech in company clothing. THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD WORK WITH ALL OF THE TRADES, but sadly, this is the rare exception. Highly recommended, 110% satisfied, will use them again.

They came out on Memorial Day weekend the next day after we lost our hot water which we needed direly as I had just returned home following quadruple heart bypass surgery. Gavin quickly completed his diagnostic work and found our equipment was irreparable. My hot water heater suddenly stopped working and was spewing water into the garage causing it to flood. I had to turn off the valve and therefore had no water at all in the house. One quick phone call, Spoke with AJ. Got an approximate fee including water heater, answered questions, appointment set. Got everything set in just a few minutes. Verified with me when they went to get the water heater and said they would be in my home at 2pm. Thirty minutes before 2, they called and said they were running 20 minutes behind. Arrived on time, swapped my water heater, took the old one, i paid, everybody is happy. Would definitively recommend. This is how every company should do business.

Pv plumbing is the closest Rheem servicer to me & was called out to repair our water heater. Ended up coming back to replace the unit entirely. Communication regarding appointment times was great. I forget the young man's name (I want to say Adian?) Was very friendly, caring & professional, took pride in his work being sure to clean up debris etc.

Company representative came out gave me a quote for job, after I accepted quote. They were professional and arrived on time for install. Install was completed ahead of scheduled time and installer was professional and knowledgeable about his job. I cannot say enough about the professionalism this company treated me and I will call them with out hesitation for future plumbing jobs. They came in response to an emergency call for a leak caused by an old pipe. It was late on a Friday night and they went the distance, literally. We can't thank them enough for all they have done. The price was beyond reasonable. My soggy kitchen has recovered, and thanks to their consultation after the repair we followed their recommendation and got a dehumidifier which has been collecting the moisture. They took the time to show us the receipts . The evidence 🧾 always helps. Amazing job guys. We are truly grateful for the diagnosis and quick repair.

Called the company based on a recommendation and couldn’t be happier with their level of care. I had a rusted pipe on a gas powered Hot Water tank that was causing a leak. Called them and within a few hours they had someone there to repair it. AJ my service tech was the nicest guy you could meet and full of knowledge. Will be calling them out for a full replacement soon.

The service was very good and the technician did a great job, was very professional and knowledgable. The one issue with this company would be the process of setting up the appointment. I initially called, no return call but I received a text. After texting with someone from the company I was told they would het with dispatch and get back to me. It took several days, I scheduled the service and asked for a time period for the tech to arrive, never heard anything back. The tech showed up early on the day scheduled. The service itself was fine, no issues. I would recommend the communication get much netter from the staff regarding scheduling.

Second time using PV Plumbing. This time for a toilet replacement becoz they did a great job on a water heater replacement. Ada arrived early on the morning of installation, removed the old toilet/tank, installed the new one, cleaned up afterwards and was well mannered. Nice people to work with. Which is why we used them again.

PV Plumbing came out this morning to give me a estimate on a new tankless water heater. We received 2 other estimates. One was as much as 1000.00 more. From my first conversation with the Supervisor I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and price. I had already did my research. Gavin Jalbert did the installation of the unit which was installed the same day. He was very professional and polite. He also answered any and every question I had. This was our first time using PV Plumbing but it will not be the last. Great company that gives you a honest and fair price.

The quoted price was good and I think they have a great technology front end that told me my problem was common and the price to fix and could come to my home same day or next. All handled via text. Arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. Gavin did a great job!

You never need to look for another plumber! PV Plumbing is the best there is!!! I had used this business before and because they were really good and reasonably priced, I called them again this time. We had three clogged drains that were causing standing water in both sinks and a bathtub. Aidan White came out today and took care of those drains. He also fixed our water softener. Aidan was so nice and pleasant. I just can’t say enough great things about Aidan and PV Plumbing!!!!
