Couldn't have had a better experience. Probably the best service repair experience I've had. Met David, the owner, at Home Depot while picking up a new Water Heater. Just happened to have him give me a quote off-hand. He gave me a very reasonable quote. I called PV when I got home and they were at my house 1st thing the next morning. Charles, the tech, did a great job getting the new heater installed in an hour. The great thing was the install was exactly the price David quoted me and Charles did not try to sell me a bunch of extra crap. If you have a plumbing problem, use PV. I'll be moving over my A/C servicing once they are up and running. Thanks David.
